It’s always been Grace and Tippi, Tippi and Grace. Twins born 16 years ago, they’ve defied all odds. Because you see Grace and Tippi aren’t normal twins, they’re conjoined twins, who are connected at the waist. They are everything to each other and cannot fathom being separated. Up until this point, their world has only been about each other, but that’s about to change.

With the state taking away the money needed to be homeschool, Grace and Tippi are being sent to a private school. To say they’re less than pleased is an understatement. They know that most will just stare or call them a freak show, but then they met fellow outsiders, Yasmeen and Jon, and the four become fast friends. For the first time ever, Grace find herself thinking about a world aside of just her and Tippi; one that may even include love.

However, underneath the newfound happiness, they’re keeping a secret. Something  is happening that neither one wants to admit, something they hoped would never happen. Before long they realize that the truth cannot remained hidden and that they’ll have to face the most impossible choice of their lives.
